General shipping information
All domestic (United States) orders are shipped via the United States Postal Service, USPS to any US home/business or PO Box. Every order includes a tracking number which will be emailed to you once your item(s) have shipped. Be sure to provide your full complete and correct mailing address during checkout. If you made a mistake on your shipping address information, please contact us immediately. Once your order has shipped, we cannot make any changes and are not responsible for returned, lost or stolen mail. Shipping charges will not be refunded if an item is returned to sender or lost due to an address error, so please triple check your mailing address before ordering.
How long until I get my item(s)?
During necklace releases it gets pretty crazy with shipping so patience is very much appreciated. Please allow 1 week after placing your order to receive your items. This excludes pre orders. You will be notified via email once your order has been shipped. If it has been more than 7 days and you have not received a tracking confirmation email from PayPal, please contact us immediately.
